Crossword games keep brain young

Practicing these games every day makes the brain 10 years younger When your aging . Crossword games enhance a range of cognitive skills: concentration, logic, and memory. The weakness of one of these skills affects the brain's abilities.


The new study, conducted at the University of Exeter, showed that fans of these games had high cognitive skills than others people in same age .


The results found a direct correlation between increased crossword games playing rate and memory speed and accuracy.


The participants were subjected to 9 cognitive tests to measure the strength and presence of memory skills, information linking, analysis and conclusion. The increasing of the rate of playing crossword games and similar games, make the brain function better and decrease the risk of dementia and Alzheimer's.

The results of the new research were presented at the Alzheimer's International Conference, held recently in London, and urged their results to consider crosswords as an exercise to prevent Alzheimer's and dementia, as well as quitting smoking, healthy nutrition and physical activity

It is interesting in the results of this study that we can get wonderful health results using entertaining ways away from chemical treatments harmful to our health over the long term
