15K $ for who deciphers each of these symbols

The National Museum of Chinese Calligraphy confirmed that it is willing to pay $ 15,000 for deciphering or interpreting each of the 3,000-year-old "decimal inscriptions".



According to Chinese news agencies, "The museum, located in central China's Henan Province, is prepared to pay 100,000 yuan (about US $ 14,779) for each anonymous letter deciphered from engravings on a  tortoise shield and animal bones  . "


The museum also offers 50,000 yuan ($ 7,500) to those who can provide a final interpretation of a letter disputed  about its meaning.

While a committee of experts in the sciences of ancient literature and history will decide to award each reward separately.

These inscriptions are the oldest proof of writing in China and East Asia. It was discovered in 1899 on a bones, which the ancient Chinese called it "dragon bone", which was used as a treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. 

Even today more than 156,000 of these bones have been found, with more than 10,000 different symbols engraved on them

Experts point out  even today some 2,000 of these symbols have been disassembled, while more than 3,000 are still being interpreted, while the rest are expected to carry similar meanings and evidence in somewhat different forms
